Wynton played at Ahmet Ertegun memorial tribute
On Tuesday 17 April 2007, a memorial tribute was held in New York City for Ahmet Ertegun. The founder of Atlantic Records and co-founder of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame died on 14 December 2006 at age 83 from injuries suffered in a fall at a Rolling Stones’ concert at New York City’s Beacon Theater in October.

Jazz at Lincoln Center Radio remembers Ed Bradley
The nationally syndicated Jazz at Lincoln Center Radio will offer a one-hour tribute program in remembrance of its longtime host, the late Ed Bradley. For radio stations, “Jazz at Lincoln Center, Remembering Ed Bradley” will be available on the Content Depot after December 26th and will uplink on Thursday, December 28th at 5:00pm ET.
