The whole Dizzy tribute is available, I have it on laserdisc of all things…Wynton plays in the big band with all those guys, it is kind of funny they give him a shorter stool than the other trumpets, not sure they’re being real nice…but you get a lot of jazz greats, Sonny Rollins, Oscar Peterson, Johnny Griffin, etc…

  7. Thanks for this really “unique museum piece”.

    And talking about “archaeological researchs”, see below what did I found……..couldn’t believe it!. Older than yours!.

    The piece shows an inscription with date 1980….um…well….as it wasn’t very clear (you know… old prehistoric hand writing thing)……… researching professors had to use “carbon 14 proof” to confirm wether this date was B.C. or A.C…..well, you know!….scientif accuracy!.

    In any case, let’s go to fundamentals…and ENJOY!
