Wynton to perform for Ed Bradley at Riverside Church in Morningside Heights
Legendary New York journalist Ed Bradley will be laid to rest Tuesday morning.
Many of Bradley’s closest friends are expected to attend the service at Riverside Church in Morningside Heights, including 60 Minutes creator Don Hewitt.
Wynton Marsalis, Jimmy Buffett and R-and-B singer Aaron Neville will perform tributes to honor the late jazz lover.

Yes, I would also like to know if their version of “Black and Tan Fantasy” is available. Whatever escapes words on occasions such as this, they were able to capture in this song–simply amazing!!

The song Wynton, Victor and Cyrus played in front of the church was “Back and Tan Fantasy”; or rather, a spectacular, innovative, highly imaginative, virtuostic and emotionally wrenching version of Duke’s song.

Do you know the song that Wynton Marsalis played at Ed Bradley’d memorial service? Not the one that he played coming down the aisle, but the one that was played in the front of the church. A video of Wynton’s comments is available at the CBS Nwes wesbite. Thanks.
