Jude Law & Wynton Marsalis Team Up

On 18 September 2006 in New Orleans, Jude Law will host a fundraising concert to benefit musicians afflicted by Hurricane Katrina. Other co-chairs for the event include Wynton and Doug Brinkley, NY Times best-selling author. The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra will be performing.

Only 10 percent of musicians remain in New Orleans.

  1. Kudos to Jude and Wynton to bring attenion to back to the people on New Orleans who lost so much. This is an on going
    stuggle for the family who lost everything and are still separated from their love ones.

  4. Bravo to both of them. Wynton is marvelous as both a jazz and classical musician. He is perfection and so is Jude, a marvelous actor whose chameolon like abilities produce the most marvelous work and who appears to be a thoughtful kind and sypathetic person who is responding to a very sad situation in a way that doesn’t surprise me at all.
    I wish I could get there for this concert.
