Wynton to play with Chano Domínguez at Lincoln Center
The Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis continues its collaboration with other musical art forms by devoting two nights to the fusion of flamenco and jazz. Horns singing the blues meet the centuries-old tradition of song, dance and the guitar. Noted Spanish pianist Chano Dominguez and his Flamenco Jazz Ensemble will premiere works by Dominguez and Marsalis.

Wynton is special guest at Alice Tully Hall
On Tuesday, February 4, 2003, standard classics and new originals in the style of Stéphane Grappelli and Django Reinhardt. Violinist Mark O’Connor, a protégé of Grappelli, along with guitarist Frank Vignola and bassist Jon Burr , will be joined by special guests Jane Monheit and Wynton Marsalis .

Wynton and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra remember September 11
Jazz at Lincoln Center will join the City of New York and the nation in remembering the heroes and victims of September 11th. The Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra (LCJO) with J@LC Artistic Director Wynton Marsalis will perform in a special concert on September 11, 2002 at 7pm on the Great Lawn of Central Park as part of the City of New York’s official events commemorating this tragedy.
