Divided into seven chapters, the Deutsche Welle film “A World Without Beethoven?” sheds light on the influence the composer had on the concert business, on musicians, and even on popular music.
Sarah Willis visited Wynton Marsalis at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City, where they discussed his interest in the composer.
