Commemorating Thelonious Monk’s famed Town Hall concert nearly 50 years ago, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis recasts the seminal pianist’s music. Pianist Marcus Roberts is special guest of this performance, part of Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Thelonious Monk Festival.
