Wynton’s Live at Abbey Road to be broadcasted on Sundance Channel
Last year, on August 2006, Wynton and his Quintet were in London to record at Abbey Road Studios. On Thursday, August 16, 2007, Wynton’s performance in London will be featured in the 9th episode of Live from Abbey Road, at 10 PM E/T on Sundance Channel

Where Y’all At? Inside the Ronnie Scott’s? I think that the sound of this line-up was shaped by the room at the Soho Jazz Club. Such subtle and pristine sound. I love how intelligent the music is, the complexity of lyric woven with time and depth of image. The harmonies between Wynton and Wes just sweetened up the whole thing.
