  2. Luigi, this is a very tall order, but I would be very interested in buying a complete score of one of Wynton’s ling-form pieces (In This House, Citi Movement, Blue Interlude, etc.)

I’m sure it would be expensive, but well worth it in my opinion!

  5. Thank you Wynton. Many of us have struggled to try to transcribe some of that early stuff (think J mood and Black Codes) with mixed results.

Your musicians were so incredible that it’s sometimes impossible to tell what you wrote for them…they are really making it their own (as I’m sure you wanted.)

I just spent $45. I’m sure I’ll spend more as time goes by!

  12. After that I went on a shopping spree of Wynton’s Music. Wynton taught me how to listen and what to listen for in Jazz thrugh the DVD Blues and Swing.

If at all I could come to America, I would want to come to a place where Wynton plays, not even to disturb him by talking to him, but to have the feel of his surround. Keep it up!
