For this Symposium, Jazz at Lincoln Center (JALC) brings together the 42th President of the United States Bill Clinton, JALC Artistic Director Wynton Marsalis and a diverse group of panelist who hail from a variety of disciplines will to engage on the symposium topics and hopefully reveal new perspectives on America’s music. Symposium participants include professor Farah Jasmine Griffin, historian Michael Kammen, educator Jack Martens, Jr., and neurobiology researcher Frances Rauscher.
