August 27, 2011 – For me, The greatest enjoyment is teaching and feeling the spirit of kids. I have always loved going to schools since my first class as a professional for Ron Carter’s Lincoln High School in East St. Louis. That was in 1981. Today, 30 years later, I had the extreme pleasure of visiting with these kids, their beautiful teachers, volunteers and school workers at Teboho Trust.
The head master is Jose Bright who has been here for 16 years. N.W.A. was talking about “Straight Outta Compton”. Jose is from Compton. He’s representing the soul that comes out of Compton. I love the kids here and all over the world.
