The Boston Herald has just published a new interview to Wynton about his new album: From the Plantation to the Penitentiary. Wynton is in Boston today to play at Symphony Hall with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. This is the last date of the “The Songs We Love” tour. On March 24, Wynton was in Savannah with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra to play as Savannah Music Festival. Here is an article about the concert by Savanna Morning News Before the concert, Wynton made a brief appearance at 514 West, a restaurant on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to say a few words about King Oliver.
