  1. I’m from Longmeadow, just outside Northampton, and I was so excited that your band was coming to a local music club that I immediately bought tickets to the second, third, and fourth shows. I’ve been listening to your music for a few years now, and I must say, I enjoy everything that comes out of your horn. The band really swings and there’s so much energy in your recordings, its breathtaking. So, being a trumpet player myself, I want to thank you for inspiring me and making such incredible music.

  2. I was encouraged to know that Wynton is a fan of the Oakland Raiders for so many years. He mentioned Mr. Warren Wells, the outstanding wide receiver, and I wonder if he knows how Wells is doing in 2007, at about 64 years old.

  3. I live in Northampton, and was able to get to the early show on 8/22. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed the experience of your music, you presence, and the other players. I am still reeling… it was great to have you up here, and I hope you can get up here again real soon. The fall foliage is great to see in October, so you might want to come on up then. And by the way, why not stop by and we can make you and the guys a better meal than you can get anywhere in town.

Thanks again for coming up this way, I am still thinking of the music, the poetry, and a great evening!
