  2. Wynton Marsalis is one of the most gracious gentleman/musician. Wherein most musicians will not give you the time of day (although you dig them and their music), this man will wait for the last man standing to greet, sign autographs, talk to you about your craft, offer suggestions and give you a kiss with his sore lips. He’s just been raised right or righteous. It says a lot about his parents and upbringing. Take a lesson from the Marsalis family. I will see Wynton somewhere every year and never hear the same music. Your new pianist is a keeper. Hope to see you in Newport this year and hopefully visit Lincoln Center – Coca Cola Room in April. Keep Jazz going.
