  1. Did you have a chance to try the Airfield Audio Liminator compressor on the session?

  2. i like the line up especially Wycllife Gordon i hope he will have some solo piece in the recording. Wynton will you consider having Wallace Rooney in your next recording it will be interesting to hear you both play, i find him very much a dedicated scholar of Miles Davis.i would like to very much hear your influence as well as that of Miles, in Wallace’s character.

  3. i hope Wynton can make a turn in South Africa soon, i am a big fan of him and his brothers(Delfeayo and Jason, the superb drummer ) had a succesful gig last year in Joburg jazz Festival , swinging and strutting the New Orleans way. Come on Wynton make a turn to the motherland!!!

  5. I can’t wait to hear the music they are recording. It will be nice to hear Joe Temperley’s sound as part of a smaller group.

I’m reading this post having just learned that Freddie Hubbard has passed away. I’m sure his influence will still be felt for many years to come.
