  1. Hello Mr. Marsalis,
I had the pleasure of meeting your son, Wynton Marsalis Jr. at Claremont College in California over the holiday, and I want to congratulate you and your family for raising such a bright child, polite, and unspoiled.
I work with a philanthropist, Walter Carsen with the National Ballet of Canada, and Wynton Marsalis Jr. is certainly well informed musically, and our conversation most rewarding.
Again, what a pleasure it was to make his aquintance, and all the best for his future.
I have subscribed to your newsletter, to become better informed with your musical program and future events.
All in all, keep up the good work and best wishes for a brilliant 2008!
    yours truly
