That’s a Wrap?

This post concludes my online diaries with the Quintet. I hope you’ve enjoyed these updates as I’ve enjoyed reflecting on my experiences the past few days and writing about them. Now I’m off to work with former US Senator Max Cleland. I’m in St. Louis right now. Senator Cleland and I just got back from a campaign event for Barack Obama, whose running for US Senate in Illinois. I’ll also be working with the Georgia Democratic Party and the John Kerry campaign.

I’ll continue to write updates on this blog as I talk with Mr. Marsalis frequently.

If there’s anything I took away from the trip is that life is not just about achievement but to be enjoyed. Our lives are short and let us live them and squeeze every drop out of them. Whether it’s music or writing or whatever — make time to do what you enjoy. And that will bring relevance to your life and a sense of satisfaction.

Until I write again. Stay well. And Keep Swingin’.

P.S.: As an addendum, I’d like to thank the master Luigi for helping me out with the blog. You do an awesome job, Luigi, with this website!
