  4. Greetings Mr. Marsalis,

I hope you are doing well.

Apparently, you are quite busy! I’m not surprised because you are addicted to art of jazz.

I am waiting for your Southern Seasons tour. I missed you earlier this year in Chapel Hill, N.C., but I did get to see your brother and his band.

Please, please, please come back to North Carolina, we miss you terribly and appreciate your passion for the art of jazz.

    Keep plowin’…

My homeboy (Joe Cuillier) and I were at the 09 Jazz Fest and witnessed another awesome performance by our homeboy (Skain). The last seven minutes homeboy broke out with a blues set that was better than best. Yo Wynton, don’t keep us waiting another three to five years to see another master performance.

  13. The performance on March 30, 2009 at the 22 Annual Nancy Hanks Lectures was so outstanding, and so phenomenal, and so educational, so spiritual and so up lifting with so much fire, he had us all up out of our seats and dancing and clapping and crying with so much joy. The genius of Wynton is so ever lasting to my spirit.
