This is truly the most innovative instrument constructed by the hand of man!! Immaculate engraving makes it one of a kind.. I believe he plays it on the Midnight Blues…. album awesome CD!!! Buy it !
Somebody has to have feedback on this man’s equipment!!!!!!
I played it at Wynton’s home and it’s a wondeful instrument.
But it ‘s very hard to play ! :) It’s heavy, very heavy :)
NO, seriosly…. Cool how did that come about are you a friend of his..
R.
yes
Awesome..
I am now jeleous!!!!!!
How long have you been playing trumpet Luigi…?
20 years now…(i’m 28)
But i play seriously and (most of all) the correct way until 8 years
I’m not a regular poster here, but I was wondering what it is that you mean by the ‘correct way’. I ask this because I’ve recently began the long journey of playing one of the greatest instruments of the world (needless to say that this is the trumpet!). And although I follow lessons, I worry sometimes that I play it the wrong way. That’s why I want to know what the correct way is…
Martin
p.s: sorry if this is getting off-topic
No problem Martin.
I said: “the correct way” because, for a long time, i had a lot of trouble with a lot of “professors”, that didn’t give me good lessons about PLAYING the trumpet.
That’s all
Did Wynton give you a lesson? If so what did he teach you?
No Wynton never gave me “technical” lessons. I sometimes, duet whit him while we are in his hotel room (when he is touring).
He only explained me the feeling of jazz, and how to start playing it.
Hey Luigi, thanks for the reaction.
I’m still wondering tough how it is possible that a lot of “professors” can’t give any good lessons about playing the trumpet. Cos I’m very happy about my current teacher, but how do I know he is a GOOD teacher who teaches me the trumpet correctly and not just a nice guy.
Not that I question his expertise on the trumpet (because he’s real good!), but he is my first teacher..
Martin
No Martin, i only had bad experiences…
Now i have a wonderful “maestro” that helped me to re-build the love for my horn (technically and musically)
