Your trumpet/mouthpieces??
Hey Dan, how do you like the RAW BRASS on your trumpets? i’ve been thinking about getting a raw brass horn recently, but heard that it’s a lot of hassle with cleaning and all. Personally i just love how it looks. what’s your opinion?
i play a Matte Gold Selmer CONCEPT TT, with a goldplated Schilke 15 (kinda like Bach 3C)
I love playing with my Bach 43 Silver with a 3C Bach mouthpiece which is given to me from my mom on my birthday

I’m not Dan but I can tell you this about raw brass horns; there is no need to clean the outside of the horn. That’s kind of the point. Most want that dark patina.

I use to have the same trumpet. And that is the same trumpet that I use to learn music when I was still a teenager. Well I gave it to my nephew as he is showing interest in it.
